TUCSON CHAPTER MEMBER INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in our chapter of the American Needlepoint Guild. Our members love to do needlepoint and would like you to join us to share our passion.

Joining our group is a great way to meet new people and make new friends who share a common interest in all levels and types of needlepoint. There will be opportunities available to see and learn new stitches, techniques, and projects. If you have any needlework questions, need help with a needlework problem or just want to sit and stitch, come join us as a guest at one of our meetings. Our members range in skill levels from beginner to national award winners and professionals.

Monthly programs: Each month we have a program at our meeting. Examples of some of some past programs are stitching projects, lectures on stitching techniques, and book reviews.

Workshops: We also have one or two workshops each year taught by national teachers or chapter members.

Meetings: Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of the month from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We start with sit and stitch, followed by the business meeting at 11:30 am, show and share, and the program. We meet at the Mini Time Machine Museum of Miniatures at 4455 E. Camp Lowell Drive in Tucson.

Check our current newsletter posted on this site for any changes to our meeting date or location. It describes our monthly program, group activities, and information pertaining to our chapter.
